Antimony Canyon Hike

You’ll enjoy the scenic beauty of nearby Antimony Canyon, while our knowledgeable guides teach you about the local history, and rock formations. The cool refreshing stream running through the canyon can cool you off on a hot summer day. You’ll find it hard to believe that the canyon used to house a thriving mining community a century ago, when all that is now left to show for it are a few empty mine shafts and the remains of some old rock cabins.

Bandit’s Hideout Hike

Butch Cassidy was raised in the nearby community of Circleville, and rumor has it that he and his outlaw friends would hide out in the hills near the Rockin’ R Ranch.  We’ve found his favorite hiding spot, and we’ll take you to it. It’s pretty amazing, and you’re sure to enjoy our Bandit’s Hideout hike.

    Fishing

    A few miles from the Rockin’ R Ranch in Antimony, Utah there are streams and a lake for your fishing pleasure. You’ll want to bring your own fishing gear; but we also have gear you can rent at the Front Desk.

    ATVing

    There are many trails near the Rockin’ R Ranch including the ATV Paiute Trail, rated as one of the best trails in the country by Dirt Wheels magazine. Bring your own ATV to explore the beauty of Southern Utah.

    Sightseeing

    The Rockin’ R dude ranch is only 45 minutes north of scenic Bryce Canyon National Park. You’ll want to find time before or after your stay with us to fully explore all this natural wonder has to offer.
