Petting Barn

Bunnies and Chickens and Goats, Oh My!

Get up close and personal with a variety of animals at our Petting Barn.  You’ll find rabbits, chickens, goats, ducks, pigs, horses, colts, and who knows what else. 

Touch Therapy

Touch is one of the most powerful ways to bond with an animal, and here at the Rockin’ R Ranch, we have plenty of animals for you to touch, pet, and hold. Researchers say that animal and human interaction can improve a person’s social, emotional, and physical functioning. At our Utah dude ranch, we aim to prove those researchers right.  But more than that, it just feels good.

    There are many activities outside of the Rockin’ R Ranch to provide you with many memories.
    See a few local non-supervised activities below.

    Fishing

    A few miles from the Rockin’ R Ranch in Antimony, Utah there are streams and a lake for your fishing pleasure. You’ll want to bring your own fishing gear; but we also have gear you can rent at the Front Desk.

    ATVing

    There are many trails near the Rockin’ R Ranch including the ATV Paiute Trail, rated as one of the best trails in the country by Dirt Wheels magazine. Bring your own ATV to explore the beauty of Southern Utah.

    Sightseeing

    The Rockin’ R dude ranch is only 45 minutes north of scenic Bryce Canyon National Park. You’ll want to find time before or after your stay with us to fully explore all this natural wonder has to offer.
