Tubing and Swimming

Innertubing Down the River

On a hot summer afternoon in Antimony, Utah after a morning of riding horses, you’ll want a whole different change of pace. Grab a tube and take a fast-paced run down the river! You can wear a swimsuit, or a t-shirt and cutoffs. You’ll need to wear shoes or sandals in the water.  You must be at least 10 years old for this activity.

Swimming Pond

Take a swim in the old swimming pond on an authentic dude ranch.  You can swing out on the rope and drop in, or just dip your feet in as you sit on the grassy edge.  You may prefer jumping in one of our canoes or kayaks and trying out your rowing skills. There is no lifeguard on duty, but there are some life jackets available for your use.

    There are many activities outside of the Rockin’ R Ranch to provide you with many memories.
    See a few local non-supervised activities below.

    Fishing

    A few miles from the Rockin’ R Ranch in Antimony, Utah there are streams and a lake for your fishing pleasure. You’ll want to bring your own fishing gear; but we also have gear you can rent at the Front Desk.

    ATVing

    There are many trails near the Rockin’ R Ranch including the ATV Paiute Trail, rated as one of the best trails in the country by Dirt Wheels magazine. Bring your own ATV to explore the beauty of Southern Utah.

    Sightseeing

    The Rockin’ R dude ranch is only 45 minutes north of scenic Bryce Canyon National Park. You’ll want to find time before or after your stay with us to fully explore all this natural wonder has to offer.
