Bryce Canyon National Park is only 45 minutes from the Ranch; Capitol Reef National Park, 90 minutes; and Zion National Park, 2 hours. The hills and mountains that surround us are filled with dirt roads and trails perfect for ATVing and mountain biking. Otter Creek Lake State Park is three miles north of the Ranch and is well known for its great fishing.
Lodging is in our beautiful three-story pine lodge. We have 41 guest rooms, all with private bathrooms. Our rental rates include rental of the lodge with access to our large kitchen and dining rooms, several gathering areas throughout the lodge, game room (with billiards and ping pong), conference room, large lawn area for games and sports, volleyball grass court, horseshoe court, small swimming pond with kayaks, and large fire pit and picnic area. Whether you want to spend your entire time at the Ranch enjoying your own activities on our ten acres or use the Ranch as a home base to enjoy activities off-site, you’ll enjoy having the place to yourselves. Our basic rate includes 12 inside lodge guest rooms with a variety of rooms sleeping two to five people each. See below for pricing of extra rooms beyond the 12 that are included. There is a two-night minimum stay, and there are no Sunday arrivals (but you can stay over on Sunday nights).
Meals and activities are not included in the rates. You can cook your own meals in our fully furnished commercial kitchen, or we can help you arrange to have meals cooked by a local caterer. We can also help arrange horseback riding with a nearby rancher. Below are our daily rental rates:

Tax will be added to the above rates.
A non-refundable deposit of $1000 is required to hold your reservation. The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival.
*If you rent all of our rooms, the nightly cost is $4,950 (weekdays) and 5,150 (weekends).

From when we open in late March to April 30th, we offer a 10 percent discount for stays of two or three nights, and a 15 percent discount for stays of four or more nights. If you book two or more rooms, we’ll deduct an additional 5 percent. You must mention this special when you are booking.
The price includes room, three meals a day (starting with lunch on your first day), and all the above-named activities.
We recommend at least a three-night stay so you can participate in all the above activities.
PLEASE NOTE: For 2023, we are not offering our full-amenities ranch vacations.
PAYMENT: A one-third deposit is due at the time the reservation is made. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Payment can be made by check, Visa, or MasterCard.
CANCELLATION: All deposits and final payments are non-refundable. There are no refunds for “no shows” or early departures. In the event of a cancellation, and if given enough time that we can sell the cancelled space, we will issue a credit in the amount paid towards a different date. Credits are transferable to others. In the event of a “force majeure” event beyond our control that closes the Ranch, credits will be given for a future stay. For a copy of our full Cancellation Policy, please request one. We strongly recommend that you purchase Travel Insurance in case of any unforeseen circumstances that affect your stay with us.
